Job Summary
The Facility Operations Coordinator Soft Services & Design is responsible for coordinating and optimizing facility services, as well as following up on small-scale projects within the department.
Job Responsibilities
As Facility Operations Coordinator Soft Services & Design, you will be responsible for the coordination and continuous improvement of soft services on-site. You'll manage external vendors, ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and support various facility-related projects and operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and optimize soft services (e.g., cleaning, pest control).
* Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance evaluations.
* Ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety regulations.
* Drive service improvements and operational efficiency.
* Monitor budgets and maintain accurate planning and reporting.
* Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and suppliers.
* Support facility projects, events, and technical documentation.
* Assist Facility Engineers and handle procurement tasks.
* Serve as backup for the Facility Coordinator Hard Services.
Profile description:
* You hold a bachelor's degree in Facility Management, or have equivalent experience.
* You bring at least 3 years of experience in a similar soft services role, ideally within a GMP-regulated environment where compliance is key.
* You possess strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* You are proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with tools like SAP.
* You have a customer-focused and proactive mindset.
* You're experienced in contract management and vendor coordination.
* You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
