Your role
As an Account Executive, you will:
Identify and win new SME clients (companies with 30–50 employees)
Manage and grow your portfolio of existing accounts
Run the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals
Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations) and external partners (agents, brokers, real estate advisors)
Location: Brussels
Languages: Fluent in French, Dutch & English
What you bring
Proven B2B sales experience — ideally in service-based or solution-selling environments
A strong record of closing SME deals and hitting targets
A hunter mentality: proactive, persistent, resilient
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
What’s in it for you
Up to €55,000 gross/year (incl. 13th month & holiday allowance)
Uncapped commissions — your success drives your earnings
22 days paid holiday (20 legal + 2 extra)
Meal vouchers: €5.58/day (employer contribution: €4.46)
