We are currently seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the implementation and coordination of a large-scale EU data-sharing platform for a prestigious European Institution in Brussels. ️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex information systems, ensuring alignment with business needs, timelines, budget and quality standards; Define project strategies, planning, deliverables and governance frameworks, including risk management, reporting and quality assurance; Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (business, technical, external contractors) and ensure effective collaboration across stakeholders; Drive the implementation and evolution of data-sharing platforms, ensuring interoperability, data quality and compliance with EU standards; Support the definition and implementation of data governance practices, ensuring structured data management and regulatory alignment; REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management, including large-scale IT or data-driven projects; Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence); Solid experience in data-related environments (data platforms, data-sharing systems, data governance or interoperability solutions); Good understanding of data architectures and cloud environments (preferably Azure, Data Lakes or similar); Strong experience in stakeholder management, reporting, risk management and project governance; Ability to lead teams and coordinate complex initiatives in an international and multicultural context; University degree (EQF Level 6 or above); Fluency in English (C1); Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are considered an asset.
