Global FEC Transformation Lead
The Global FEC Transformation Lead is a senior strategic role responsible for shaping and driving DLL's global Financial Economic Crime (FEC) transformation agenda. Acting as a trusted thought partner to the Head of Global FEC, you guide the long-term evolution of DLL's operating model, data and digital capabilities, and Vision 2030 priorities. This role sits at a strategic level and plays a critical part in aligning global initiatives, elevating first-line ownership, and ensuring DLL's FEC function is fit-for-future, data-driven, and seamlessly integrated across the customer lifecycle.
In this role, you translate complex regulatory, digital, and business requirements into integrated strategic initiatives, ensuring FEC remains fit-for-future and fully embedded into DLL's global customer journey. You provide strategic counsel, thought partnership, and cross-functional leadership across regions, countries, and functions.
In light of AMLR, a key responsibility will be to transform existing processes to ensure compliance with the new regulation, while minimizing impact on operational efficiency. This will be achieved through a thoughtful, risk-based approach and leveraging on technology to drive effective implementation. In excess, y our impact extends beyond AMLR implementation (though this remains core to the scope): you drive a holistic transformation agenda, elevate FEC's capabilities, uplift global processes, and accelerate DLL's data-driven decision-making culture.

- Key responsibilities
* Leadership & Vision
* Serve as a strategic sound board to the Head of Global FEC, contributing to FEC's future direction, vision, 2030 roadmap, and enterprise-wide alignment.
* Lead the definition and execution of DLL's FEC transformation strategy with a strong focus on digital enablement, data strategy, and operating model design.
* Identify emerging digital and business trends and translate them into actionable strategies for global impact.
* Transformation & Delivery
* Drive end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programs across countries, business lines, and functions.
* Evolve and implement the Global FEC Target Operating Model, ensuring harmonization of processes, roles, systems, and governance structures.
* Lead design and rollout of data- and technology-powered improvements across onboarding, monitoring, sanctions, due diligence, and client lifecycle management.
* Regulatory Integration & Uplift
* Oversee integration of AMLR requirements within the broader global transformation portfolio.
* Ensure emerging regulatory obligations are embedded into resilient, future-proof business processes.
* Produce high-quality insights, decision papers, and recommendations for senior committees and governance forums.
* Stakeholder Alignment & Global Change Leadership
* Act as global integrator across regions, ensuring consistent adoption of transformation initiatives and fostering strong first-line accountability.
* Build effective partnerships with IT, Data, Risk, Compliance (2LoD), Operations, and commercial teams to enable sustainable change.
* Lead global change management activities, ensuring strong engagement and smooth transitions across 28 markets.

* Champion a modern, data-informed, risk-aware culture within the first line.

Essential
Required skills and experience
* Extensive experience leading complex transformation or strategy programs within the financial services industry, specifically within Risk, Financial Economic Crime prevension, Compliance, Operations, or related environments.
* Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and proven experience advising senior executives.
* Demonstrated expertise in digital transformation, data strategy, and enterprise change.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills; able to influence C-suite, MT, and global level leaders.
* Experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and managing global alignment.
* Excellent communication and ability to simplify complexity into coherent strategic plans.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Law, Finance, or equivalent.
Preferred
* Experience within FEC, AML/CTF, sanctions, or regulatory environments.
* Background in operating model design, change management, or strategic advisory roles
