In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving significant change, working to overhaul the current SAP system and lead the seamless transition to SAP S/4HANA. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead SAP S/4HANA Transformation: Overhaul the current SAP system and spearhead the transition to SAP S/4HANA, enhancing supply chain operations and maximizing operational efficiency at a global scale.
* Strategic Digital Transformation: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement digital transformation strategies that align with the company's long-term objectives, positioning SAP as a key enabler of change.
* Project Leadership: Manage and drive the SAP S/4HANA implementation project from start to finish, ensuring that all milestones are met and business objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
* Requirements Gathering & Solution Design: Partner with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate these into actionable technical solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
* SAP Configuration & Implementation: Oversee the configuration and implementation of SAP solutions that optimize supply chain processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and maximum user adoption.
Requirements
What You Bring:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science).
* Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP supply chain management—including extensive exposure to SAP S/4HANA and successful implementation projects.
* Technical Expertise: Strong ability in requirements gathering, system design, and configuration of SAP solutions, with a clear focus on supply chain processes.
* Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to analyze complex business challenges, identify opportunities for optimization, and deliver effective solutions.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical experts, ensuring the success of the project.
* Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
