Account Manager
This role involves managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, while identifying and developing new business opportunities. As an Account Manager, you will play a vital part in reimagining the labor market to make it work for everyone.
Responsibilities:
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of existing clients.
* Prepare reports on account status and provide feedback to management.
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve KPIs while keeping clients satisfied and engaged.
Requirements:
* Excellent listening, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
* Experience as an Account Manager, Business Developer, or similar role.
* Results-oriented with a critical thinking mindset and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication in French, German, and English. Luxembourgish is an asset.
* Experience with CRMs, MS Office, and knowledge of the recruitment market and trends.
