As a Medical Doctor (Arbeidsarts), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring optimal healthcare delivery within the prevention & wellbeing domain.
Job Overview
Liantis carries out a challenging program on prevention and wellbeing with 230,000 medical examinations, 25,000 medical advices, and 20,000 training hours annually. You will serve as a trusted adviser and a companion for both employers and employees, safeguarding health, guiding medical examinations, and fostering workplace wellbeing at both individual and organizational levels.
Responsibilities
Perform health surveillance of employees, conducting medical examinations and company visits.
Provide neutral, expert advice to both employer and employee on health and risk topics.
Participate in the Prevention and Protection Committee.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including prevention advisors and nurses.
Contribute to interdisciplinary projects based on your expertise.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Medicine; a specialization in occupational medicine is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and French.
Pragmatic, solution‐oriented, and hands‐on mindset with analytical thinking.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Willingness to travel within the Greater Ghent region; preferably based in Ghent or surrounding areas.
