Your tasks :
Analyze and interpret business requirements;
Document detailed business requirements and specifications;
Conduct business model assessments to support strategic decision-making;
Perform end-to-end business process analysis;
Model and optimize business processes using industry-standard methodologies;
Analyze functional requirements and develop clear, structured business cases;
Identify, assess, and document project and process risks;
Contribute to the creation of Business Cases, Vision Documents, Project Charters, and Security Plans.
Requirements:
University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in IT;
At least 3 years of experience with requirement elicitation, business model analysis, modelling;
At least 3 years of experience with BPMN and/or UML;
At least 2 years of experience with design of mockups and wireframes with tools like Balsamic;
At least 2 years of experience in the design of conceptual data model;
At least 2 years of experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence;
Good knowledge of information systems matters;
Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes;
Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites;
Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile);
The following certifications would be considered as assets: Business Analyst – BABOK, PM2 Methodology;
Excellent command of the English language.
