As our Customer Onboarding Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the successful launch of new e-commerce clients. From the moment the deal is signed to the moment operations run smoothly, you'll lead the entire onboarding journey — ensuring every detail is aligned, every stakeholder is informed, and every customer feels confident. What will you do? As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you'll lead the charge in welcoming new clients and ensuring a seamless transition from deal closure to day-to-day operations. Your mission: deliver a smooth, efficient, and customer-first onboarding experience by coordinating across teams and continually improving processes. Key Responsibilities:Own the onboarding process from A to Z — be the primary point of contact for new customers.Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops, IT, Product, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure a seamless go-live.Monitor performance during the start-up phase and proactively address any issues.Drive process improvements by identifying bottlenecks and implementing long-term solutions.Lead or support customer-impacting projects and ensure clear communication and follow-up.Analyze recurring complaints, perform root cause analysis, and propose data-driven optimizations. Who are you? Proven experience in customer-facing roles, project coordination, and process optimization.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with complex data and translate insights into action.Excellent communication skills in English and either Dutch or French. Spanish or other EU languages are a plus.A true team player with a customer-centric approach and a hands-on attitude.Ability to manage multiple onboarding tracks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems (e.G.
