Description du poste In this role, you will be at the forefront of the strategic growth journey of BESIX Power abroad. You will play a key role in shaping and executing the M&A strategy, contributing to deal sourcing, financial analysis, and transaction execution. In parallel, you will support the team with project coordination and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with executive stakeholders and strategic goals. Buy-side M&A : Support end-to-end M&A transaction processes including screening and identification of M&A opportunities, valuation models, participations in acquisition processes and negotiations, participate in financial due diligence, and executing acquisitions that align with the long-term strategy of BESIX Power. Modelling: Building, reviewing and maintaining financial models, developing business cases for new markets; maintaining internal databases. Financing: Assessing, structuring and negotiating acquisition financings, project financings and shareholder financings. Analysis and monitoring: analyzing financial and operational data. Support : portfolio monitoring and financial reporting including preparation of executive-level presentations, investment memos, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
