Senior Business Analyst (Global Process Optimisation Programme) – Brussels
A leading client of ours in Brussels is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join for a long-term, freelance mission.
The customer is a global enterprise active in over 40 countries. They are currently running a major internal programme focused on optimising and harmonising core business processes across their global offices — particularly in the areas of Finance, Procurement, and HR operations.
They need a business analyst to support the successful rollout of this initiative by ensuring business needs are clearly captured, validated, and translated into structured, scalable solutions.
Role:
* Lead workshops with process owners and global stakeholders to assess current workflows and identify improvement opportunities
* Document functional and non-functional requirements for proposed process and system changes
* Liaise with technical teams and solution architects to ensure feasibility and business alignment
* Support the definition of KPIs and success metrics for process improvements
* Create clear and user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
* Work closely with change teams to support communication and adoption across business units
Requirements:
* 5+ Years’ Experience as a Business Analyst
* Strong process mapping and documentation skills (e.g. BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart)
* Previous experience in large-scale internal process or tooling transformation projects
* Fluent in English
