Account Manager – Industrial Sales (Flanders)
Field-based | Full-time | Up to €10K/month OTE
My client, a well-established international player in the industrial maintenance and welding sector, is urgently looking to hire two experienced Account Managers to strengthen their commercial presence across Flanders .
The Roles
Position 1: Account Manager – Welding Consumables & Wear-Resistant Parts
Position 2: Account Manager – Repair & Maintenance Services (for heavy industrial equipment)
Both roles involve managing existing customers and building long-term relationships in manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing industrial clients (farming focus)
Provide tailored technical solutions based on customer needs
Spend 4 days per week in the field (customer visits across Flanders)
Collaborate closely with internal engineers and support teams
Act as a reliable advisor for products or services related to wear, abrasion, and repair
✅ Ideal Profile
Experience in B2B technical or industrial sales
Background in electromechanics, maintenance, or welding-related industries
Fluent in Dutch and English
Autonomous, relationship-driven, and committed to long-term success
Offer
€4,800/month fixed salary
€30K – €60K/year average commission potential
Annual performance bonus
Company car + fuel card
€17/day meal allowance (net)
Remote-first culture – only minimal office presence required
Earnings for current sales staff are around €10,000/month
