About the Role
Join the
Women4Cyber Foundation
as an Event & Communications trainee to support our participation in EU projects. You will work closely with the team to help coordinate events, manage project communications, support documentation, and assist with day-to-day project tasks in a dynamic European environment.
Your Responsibilities
Project & Event Support
* Assist with the coordination of two project conferences in Brussels.
* Manage participant communication and registrations.
Communications & Content
* Help create and schedule content for websites, newsletters, and social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
* Track communication KPIs.
* Translate project materials from English to French.
Documentation & Reporting
* Help draft project reports, deliverables, and internal documents.
* Follow pilot training activities and monitor student participation.

Compensation:
Unpaid. Must be funded via university-accredited credits or mobility grants (e.g., Erasmus+). We provide documentation to support your application.
