H&M is looking for a Facility Manager!

Description du poste

We need you to assess and coordinate repairs, maintenance and all building-related issues. You will also supervise the onsite work in stores and office locations.

Maintenance

1. Ensuring and coordinating (tracking progress) repairs and maintenance activities and equipment installations and/or replacements at all locations.
2. Ensuring works being completed in a timely manner, at the expected quality level and at the right cost.
3. Evaluate the performance of our existing vendors, lead contract negotiations, and search and source new suppliers.
4. Be the subject matter expert in fields such as energy efficiency, HVAC, cleaning, waste management, and other maintenance topics. Investigate innovative solutions to drive efficiency, sustainability, and performance.
5. Lead, plan, and control the execution of asset improvement and space optimization projects.
6. Ensures compliance with H&M Security Standards and policies and compliance with local regulations.
7. Create and maintain Facility Management plans containing activities to meet requirements for the Stores and other properties, balancing scheduled and reactive work.

Controlling

8. Responsible for proposing the Facility Management budget based on assets’ lifecycle, commercial requirements and planned activities.
9. Monitor and follow up cost performance on Store level based on actual versus budget, including forecasts.
10. Document all assets including warranty periods, maintenance contracts and safety check-up.

Qualifications

11. You have a good technical understanding of building systems: HVAC, electrical,
12. You have first relevant experience as multi-site facilities manager
13. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a team player
14. Plan and prioritize effectively
15. Communicate clearly with people at all levels
16. Flexible, straightforward and open-minded
17. Capacity to find simple and efficient solutions
18. Good knowledge of Excel
19. Work well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines
20. You speak French and English, Dutch is a plus

This is a full-time position based in Brussels. This function is reporting directly to the Construction & Facility Manager Belgium & Luxembourg.

This is a 1-year contract. Start date asap
