This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll manage a team of sales professionals, drive commercial performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to support customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coach the sales team to exceed revenue targets
* Align sales strategies with business plans
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Support tender submissions and customer service coordination
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Science or Business (medical background preferred)
* 3–4 years of sales experience, ideally in the medical or radiology field
* 2+ years in a sales leadership role
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
* Willingness to travel within the Benelux region
