To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Customer Account Specialist.
🏢 The team works at two locations: Brussels and Drongen. You will work from both offices, approximately twice a month in Brussels and twice a month in Drongen. On the other days, after your training, you may work from home.
💼 What do we expect from you?
* You are the point of contact for our payroll consultants, our clients affiliated with our social secretariat, and government authorities regarding questions about payments and invoices for social security contributions (RSZ), withholding tax, service management fees, etc.
* You monitor customer payments, transfer the amounts to the official institutions (RSZ, FPS Finance, etc.), and follow up on reminders.
* You prepare and send tax certificates and other accounting documents that the client or their employees need for tax administration or bookkeeping.
* You check the available amounts and bookings before transferring funds to the various official bodies. You detect any discrepancies and make the necessary corrections.
* You are the point of contact for our clients regarding invoice-related questions issued by our services. You also analyze clients’ needs, suggest solutions, and provide support in case of disputes.
* You ensure proactive management by regularly contacting clients and public authorities.

* You preferably hold a Bachelor's degree (or have equivalent relevant experience) and have a passion for working with numbers.
* You have excellent knowledge of Dutch and a good command of French.
* You are detail-oriented, analytical, results-driven, and solution-oriented.
* You can work independently, are confident, assertive, and communicative.
