A renowned business in Brussels is looking for a
Part-time Receptionist (27.5 hours per week)
to join their office and play a key role in representing the company to the outside world
You will sit at the front desk all the time, however, your tasks may extend beyond the typical Receptionist duties, depending on your interests and competencies.
**Must have bilingual French and English**
**Must be residing Belgium**
**Work is 100% in the office ie no home working due to the nature of the role**
What the company offers you:

* 25K-30K gross euros per annum
* Work hours:
Monday to Friday, from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm with 30' break (5.5 hours daily, 27.5 hours weekly)
Responsible for the overall smooth running of the reception area, visitor offices and conference rooms:
* answer the telephone;
* welcome visitors;
* manage meeting rooms and reservations, catering, and set-up (incl. video-conference calls);
* travel and restaurant reservations;
* stationary supply stock control/ordering;
* assist librarian (updating loose-leaf publications etc.);
* prepare outgoing post, FedEx/DHL items for pick-up;
* distribute incoming post/faxes;
* check-off deliveries;
* scan, photocopy, fax;
* update frequently used documents;
* assist accountant with invoices/billing;
* assist consultants/stagiaires with time entries (Intapp);
* assist consultants/secretaries as needed (overflow).
What you bring to the table:
No prior experience is required so you can be a junior profile or a more experienced profile. The most important attributes to have are:
Proficiency in MS Office
A self-starter with a proactive approach and positive attitude
Service minded, flexible/adaptable
Must have bilingual French and English
