Job Description
As a key member of our IT team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration of our digital solutions with our customers' existing infrastructure. You will be the driving force behind their success, leveraging your expertise to optimize the use of our services and deliver exceptional results.
With your technical prowess, you will analyze customer needs and develop bespoke solutions to address complex challenges. Your expertise will span both software and hardware aspects, enabling you to tackle a wide range of IT integrations from start to finish.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also provide valuable support to your commercial and operational colleagues, drawing upon your deep understanding of IT systems and processes to inform pre-sales activities.
Your responsibilities will include acting as a trusted advisor to customers, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
To ensure the smooth delivery of projects, you will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle.
After project completion, you will maintain close relationships with customers during the hypercare period, addressing any service-related questions or issues that may arise.
In this critical role, you will represent our company's IT interests during business performance reviews and be accountable for the quality of delivered IT services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should possess:
* Bachelor's degree in applied informatics or computer science (or equivalent through experience)
* A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar field
* Strong knowledge of web services and EDIFACT messages
* Development skills (a plus)
* Affinity or experience with major eCommerce platforms
* Analytical strength
* Result-orientation
* Flexibility, quality consciousness, and a service-oriented approach
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Taking ownership as second nature
* Customer-friendliness, customer orientation, and problem-solving abilities
* Stress resistance and hands-on attitude
* Fluency in three languages (Dutch, French, English), both written and spoken; or willingness to become so
