As Accounting Manager, you will have a critical role across several international entities: Oversee full-cycle accounting for Belgium and Poland, ensuring IFRS and local GAAP compliance. Lead and mentor two senior accountants, providing both strategic direction and operational support. Supervise monthly closings, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements, and consolidation under IFRS. Manage the ERP system (NetSuite) implementation and optimize accounting and tax processes. Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure smooth audits and statutory compliance. Partner with internal stakeholders across departments (legal, sales, HR) to improve governance, billing, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, transfer pricing, R&D incentives, and intercompany processes. Experience: 7+ years in accounting or financial control roles, ideally in a tech-driven or SaaS environment. Languages: Fluent in French and English. Qualifications: Certified accountant (e.g., CPA, ACCA, IEC or equivalent), familiar with IFRS and BE GAAP. Attractive monthly salary up to €6,500 gross (flexible based on profile).
