As a Tufter, you help create our carpets. You operate one or more tufting machines.
Your goal? Ensuring that the carpet is produced flawlessly, with the right quality, and without unnecessary machine downtime. You will receive the necessary on-the-job support and training from your mentor.

A selection of your tasks:
* Starting up, adjusting, and monitoring the tufting machine
* Repairing thread breaks or small defects
* Visually checking carpets for quality
* Solving minor malfunctions yourself or reporting them
* Placing the primary backing and assisting with knife changes
* Assisting with knotting
* Entering data into the system (CIM)
* Working safely, neatly, and according to procedures
* Communicating with your colleagues and team leader
