Nexeo is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (Angular / Spring Boot)
To support a major digital transformation program in the public sector, we are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to contribute to the development of an innovative agricultural accounting and management platform.
The project aims to build a secure, modular and web-based solution that centralizes agricultural accounting, stock management, workflow automation and data exchange with multiple external systems. This strategic platform will support farmers, public administrations and policymakers through advanced data collection, reporting and business process automation.
You will join an Agile team working on a large-scale application developed with Angular, Spring Boot and PostgreSQL.

Your role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will:
• Design, develop and maintain web applications using Angular and Spring Boot.
• Contribute to the development of a modular agricultural accounting and management platform.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with external data sources and systems.
• Participate in the implementation of workflow management, security and access control mechanisms.
• Build and optimize data import/export functionalities.
• Contribute to the development of inventory and stock management modules.
• Participate in data migration activities from existing Excel-based environments.
• Collaborate with Functional Analysts, Architects and Product Owners to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to the implementation of automated generation frameworks for database structures, views, web pages, migration scripts and unit tests.
• Ensure application quality through testing, code reviews and continuous improvement practices.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance and GDPR requirements.
Your profile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as Full Stack Developer in complex software development environments.
• Strong experience with Angular, Spring Boot and PostgreSQL.
• Experience developing REST APIs and integrating external systems.
• Knowledge of software architecture, database design and secure development practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
