Helpdesk Support Technician
Role location – Zaventem, Belgium / Hybrid working

The Helpdesk Support Technician plays a vital role in providing IT support to business partners enabling the company to achieve its goals. You will be looked upon to provide solutions to technology challenges as well as educate end users on utilizing available tools to perform their tasks more efficiently.
What to expect:
1. IT phone support to stakeholders globally (On rotating basis)
2. Computer imaging and troubleshooting
3. Technical advice and guidance for Hologic employees
4. Hardware procurement, inventory, disposal support
5. VIP/Executive support
6. Assist with managing standard process/procedures
7. Work directly with vendors on installations, upgrades, preventive maintenance
8. IT Helpdesk ticket response and closure
9. On call – out of regular business hours on a rota basis
What we expect:
10. Experience in an IT Help Desk support role
11. Windows 10 /11 experience
12. Microsoft Office / Office 365
13. Laptop and printer hardware knowledge required
14. Mobile Device support experience (Apple iOS preferred)
15. Advanced knowledge of desktop support tools
16. Knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting client Wi-Fi issues
17. Ability to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve PC/Network problems quickly and accurately
18. Excellent communication skills, telephone support skills, and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
19. ServiceNow experience is desirable but not essential
