We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis Expert to lead and execute complex SAP system upgrades, conversions, migrations, and landscape optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in SAP Basis, strong architectural understanding, and hands-on experience working in large-scale enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Bring hands-on SAP Basis experience. Plan and execute SAP system upgrades (Net Weaver, EHP, SPS, Kernel) across development, QA, and production environments. Lead SAP S/4 HANA system conversions from ECC, including: Pre-checks Simplification item analysis Custom code remediation Utilize SAP tools such as: SUM (Software Update Manager) Maintenance Planner DMO (Database Migration Option) SPAM/SAINT Perform system updates, system copies, and client copies. Execute OS/DB migrations, Unicode conversions, and SAP HANA database upgrades. Conduct mock conversions, dry runs, and support cutover planning for production migrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system compatibility, readiness, and successful project execution. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after upgrades/migrations. Maintain comprehensive documentation of upgrade/conversion procedures and lessons learned. Stay up to date with SAP’s roadmap, release strategies, tools, and best practices. ECS (Enterprise Cloud Services) experience is considered a strong advantage. Availability to work from 1 p. M. to 10 p. M. >>>> > What do we offer?
