We are building noah to change that cycle.

Noah interviews employees to understand how work inside a company is actually done. We turn those insights into concrete AI business cases companies can act on immediately. Innovation starts with the people doing the work, not with a PowerPoint from a consultant who spent two months in your building.

The idea came from a simple realization. I was that consultant. I helped companies find AI opportunities manually. So we automated the job.

Today we work with 20+ companies, including several stock-listed firms. We were part of Start it @KBC and are finalists in the Belgian Startup Awards. Now we need to scale fast across Europe, and we need someone to lead that charge.

What you will actually do
You own your full sales funnel. You prospect companies, run discovery calls and demos, close pilots, guide customers through onboarding, make sure they succeed, and bring real product feedback back to the team. You talk directly to decision makers in large organizations. You help shape how the product evolves.

What success looks like after 12 months
You built your own pipeline. You turned early clients into long-term partners. You helped define how noah scales. And you are still here, ready for 10 more years.

Who you are
You understand how large enterprises actually work. You have a background in consultancy or SaaS, ideally 2 to 3 years of experience. Less is fine if you can prove it. You believe in the vision. And honestly, we hope you are someone we can learn from too.

This job is not for you if
You want clear instructions. You want a 9 to 5. You need a big brand behind you.

You will figure things out yourself. That is the job.

Real ownership with equity & the chance to build and lead a sales team from scratch.
