* Previous experience as a Store Manager.
* Strong leadership and people development skills.
* Commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive sales and performance.
* Experience managing KPIs, productivity and store operations.
* Passion for fashion, lifestyle and customer experience.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing retail environment.
* Fluent English required; Dutch is a strong advantage.
