WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
* 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence consulting with enterprise clients
* Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (dashboard development, DAX, data modeling)
* Advanced SQL skills with deep experience in MySQL and Azure data platforms
* Legacy system integration expertise, including PowerBuilder environments
* Proven ability to design data pipelines (ETL/ELT), ensure data consistency, and implement security governance
* Fluency in Spanish and good level of English (written and spoken) for global stakeholder collaboration
* Certification PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (highly valued)
* Agile methodology experience and strong stakeholder management skills
* Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable BI solutions

* Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
* Document technical processes and train end-users on BI tool adoption
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data governance and compliance frameworks
