Our client, a leading organization in the life sciences space, is seeking a Clinical Solutions Analyst to play a pivotal role in the implementation, oversight, and continuous improvement of clinical technologies and data repositories.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert oversight and key user support for a range of clinical systems, including CTMS, EDC, eTMF, BI dashboards, COAR, MDR, CDR, and EDMS.
* Lead system upgrades, change requests, and full lifecycle implementation efforts in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
* Translate clinical study needs into robust technology and data management solutions, working with internal teams and external vendors/CROs.
* Support and guide Super Users and ensure alignment across departments through stakeholder engagement and user group leadership.
* Define and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and support operational data reporting for clinical teams.
* Evaluate new clinical technologies and advise on selection based on business risk and value.
* Support audits and inspections related to clinical data systems and compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience:
* 7+ years of experience in clinical data or clinical technology in a pharma/CRO environment.
* Solid background with GxP-compliant systems and validated environments.
* Strong familiarity with industry-standard platforms like CTMS, EDC, eTMF, and data warehouses.
* Skills:
* Proficient in project management, stakeholder engagement, and business process optimization.
* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Adept at cross-functional collaboration in global and multicultural settings.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
