As Chief Financial Officer you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and supporting the company's clear and ambitious growth plan. You will oversee all financial operations while driving process simplification, digital transformation and strengthening both internal and shareholder reporting.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the finance function across multiple international entities.
Drive process simplification, efficiency improvements, and digitalisation initiatives.
Strengthen and streamline financial reporting, with a strong focus on management reporting for shareholders.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and compliance across global operations.
Provide strategic insights to support growth plans, investment decisions, and transformation initiatives.
Build strong partnerships across the leadership team and support change across the organisation.
Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
The ideal profile for the role as CFO:
Proven experience in senior finance leadership, ideally as CFO or Finance Director within an SME.
Strong track record in driving transformation projects, including process and system optimisation.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to combining strategic vision and operational excellence.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with fluency in French, English, and Dutch.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, internationally focused growth environment.
