Is a dynamic Web3 startup in the collectibles space, currently in beta and poised for rapid growth. We're building a platform that connects enthusiasts of collectible cards, anime, sports stars, and trading card games (TCGs) — and we're looking for a passionate Social Media and Community Manager to join our lean, resourceful team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management: Oversee and execute end-to-end social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Telegram, and WhatsApp Business Account. Plan, create, and publish, execute regular content calendars.

2. Content & Visual Creation: Develop high-quality content (copy, graphics, reels, videos). Work with internal teams or external partners to source/recreate visual assets (e.g., card showcases, behind-the-scenes, user spotlights).

3. Community Management: Foster a vibrant, active community across all platforms — respond to comments, DMs, and community queries promptly; moderate discussions.

4. Performance Tracking: Monitor social media metrics (reach, engagement, growth) to optimize content strategies; provide regular insights and recommendations to the management team.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with top management and core team members to align social media efforts with company goals, product updates, and marketing initiative.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Fluent in Cantonese (verbal) and English (verbal/written); content localisation/ translation into Traditional Chinese. Ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and consistency in brand tones.

2.A track record of growing audiences, driving engagement. Social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer)

3. Proven skill in visual design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, capcut etc).

4. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Big Advantages (Not Mandatory but Highly Valued): knowledge and passion for collectible cards, anime, sports stars, TCGs, Web3, NFT, or collectibles ecosystem.
