Your daily adventure
As a senior PLM Functional Consultant, you take a strategic role in guiding complex PLM projects. You advise clients, lead implementations, and collaborate with architects and project teams to deliver sustainable PLM solutions.
* Lead PLM projects from analysis to implementation.
* Advise clients on PLM strategies and roadmaps.
* Design and manage integrations with ERP, CPQ, CAD, and other systems.
* Coach junior and medior consultants.
* Conduct quality checks, validations, and risk assessments.
* Define best practices and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
* Actively contribute to the growth of our PLM practice across Europe.
Skills
* Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Technology, or Engineering.
* At least 5 years of experience with PLM implementations and strategy.
* Deep knowledge of PLM architecture, integrations, and business processes.
* Experience in project leadership and strategic client communication.
* Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
* Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and a strong team player.
