About the Business Unit Tax & Accounting Software (TAA)
The Business Unit Tax & Accounting Software develops and sells products for tax and accounting professionals and businesses. Our BU offers a wide range of software solutions: ERP software; accounting, financial and tax advisory, and practice management software.
In this role, you will focus on two key products:FlowinandCodabox.

We are looking foraApplication Support EngineerforFlowinandCodabox. The goal of this function is to:
1. Support Wolters Kluwer’sFlowinandCodaboxservices and APIs and perform technical analysis of complex issues;
2. Work on the resolution of incidents with the team;
3. Maintain the knowledge base for senders, partners, banks, accountants, and end users;
4. Collaborate and support product managementanddevelopment;
5. Maintaingood professionalrelationships with counterparts of DevOps, Software developmentteamsandsales.
Your Role:
e-Invoicing and accountancysoftwarepartnersupport
6. Work on the resolution of incidents with teams and resolution of all applicationissues;
7. Close collaboration with stakeholders, both internal and external;
8. Partner and sender onboarding and administration.
Technical support
9. Develop solutions to a variety ofissuesof large scope and allkindof complexity. Refers to policies and practices for guidance;
10. Perform proactive quality checks on technical components supporting business services availability;
11. Learnthe databasestructures and use SQL for data lookup and data analysis;
12. Working with Confluence, Jira,etc;
13. Perform proactive support: analyzeissuespotential common causes, escalate when needed;
14. Maintain the knowledge base to support the applications for the partners, accountants, senders,banksand end users;
15. Partner and sender onboarding and administration.
Service Assurance:monitoring &problem solving
16. Support Service Assurance on reporting;
17. Ensure the services in scope are correctlymonitoredwith the enterprise monitoring systems(e.g.Datadog);
18. Assistin root cause analysis for the TOP10 problems with major impact on the services availability.
Your profile:
19. Bachelor Degree, preferably in Information Technology or equivalent by relevant experience;
20. Knowledge of e-Invoicing andPeppolis a plus;
21. At least five years of relevant experience in a similar function;
22. Fluent in English;proficiencyin Dutch or French is a plus;
23. Analytical and troubleshooting skills;
24. Team Player.
