As a Service Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—building strong, long-term relationships with customers while leading a team of skilled technicians. With the support of our experienced professionals, you’ll gain the expertise and confidence to manage activities across your region and drive success every day.

The key activities:

1. Ensure customer retention by making sure agreed service agreements are met and that promises to the customer are kept (together with the rest of KONE team)
2. Communicate to customers that promises have been delivered
3. Ensure that customers' queries are answered on time and with theappropriate attentionand makes sure complaints are solved accurately and ona timelybasis
4. You are accountable for the sales leads volume, quality, and further processing of sales leads
5. Ensure high quality of service through presence in the field, regular field audits and promoting safety and quality culture
6. Develop the competences,motivationand overall performance of the technicians
7. Ensure that the processes and maintenance methods are followed
8. Ensure the correct level of resourcing in the short-term through absence management and in the mid-term through capacity planning (together with your manager)
9. Accountable fordeterminingand checking technicians’ performance objectives

Who are you?

10. You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in in Engineering or other relevant field
11. You are legally entitled to work in Belgium + have a valid driver's license
12. You have a successful experience in the management of a team
13. Preferably 2 years of experience in a relevant industry
14. Good communication skills with basic IT skills
15. You have good numerical and administrative skills (system management), a good knowledge of costs and commercial feeling and interests.
16. Stress resistance, ability to switch quickly, customer focus and creativity in finding solutions.
17. You speak fluent French (C1), speaking English and/or Dutch would be a plus.
