Your Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, encode, and submit permit requests to local authorities in accordance with regional regulations.
* Ensure complete and accurate documentation for each permit dossier (creation, updates, and follow-up).
* Monitor the progress of permit applications and proactively follow up with local administrations to ensure timely approvals.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (project management, design, and construction) to provide updates on permit statuses and anticipate potential delays.
* Support compliance with local and European regulatory requirements related to telecom (FTTH) infrastructure projects.
Our Expectations
* Very good computer knowledge (MS Office)
* Fluent in Dutch and good in English and/or French
* A basic knowledge of the Belgian telecom industry is a plus
* A good understanding of the legislation and public regulations regarding FTTH, RHF & BP is a plus
* Any experience in Osiris, GIPOD or PoWalco as digital tooling is a plus
