Your roleAs a Power Platform Solution Architect, you will drive the design and delivery of modern low-code solutions. In this role:
Solution Design & Development: Envision and architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages) to streamline business processes. This includes building canvas and model-driven apps, automating workflows, and creating dashboards that meet customer requirements.
Integration & Innovation: Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Teams) and external systems or APIs. Ensure secure data flows using tools like Azure Logic Apps or custom connectors. Stay up to date on features (Dataverse, AI Builder, Copilot) and leverage them to provide AI-enabled capabilities.
Governance & Best Practices: Establish and enforce best practices for Power Platform usage. Set up ALM with Azure DevOps, manage environments, security roles/permissions (Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID), and ensure data governance (Microsoft Purview/DLP). Act as a Center of Excellence leader with governance guardrails for citizen/pro developers.
Collaboration & Requirements Gathering: Work with business stakeholders, analysts, and users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide guidance and feasibility assessments, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT standards. Collaborate with other technical teams for integration and deployment.
Project Leadership: Lead the technical delivery of Power Platform projects through design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Coordinate with project managers to meet quality, timing, and budget requirements. Mentor development teams and conduct code/solution reviews for maintainability and performance.
User Enablement & Support: Champion user adoption, prepare training sessions or workshops, provide tier-3 support, and guide the team in debugging complex issues.
Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing improvements by monitoring performance and user feedback. Stay informed about evolving Power Platform capabilities and industry best practices.

Your profile
Work Experience: Minimum 5 years designing and building solutions on Microsoft Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies. Lead roles in multiple Power Platform implementations, including canvas and model-driven apps and automated processes.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Power Platform components and architecture. Skilled in data modeling with Dataverse and integrating Power Apps/Automate with other systems and databases. Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams).
Solution Architecture: End-to-end architecture thinking. Design secure, scalable solutions with considerations for identity, access control, performance. Comfortable with custom connectors, API integrations (including Graph), and ALM for Power Platform.
Governance & Strategy: Hands-on governance experience, possibly establishing a Center of Excellence or governance framework (environments strategy, DLP policies, monitoring). Ensure data is properly managed and secured.
Problem-Solving & Innovation: Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting, and curiosity toward new features (Power Platform AI capabilities or Copilot).
Communication & Leadership: Clear communicator, able to translate technical concepts for business audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers or citizen developers.
Education & Certification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Microsoft certifications relevant to Power Platform or Azure are a plus.
Dutch and/or French native speaker, fluent in English (written and spoken).
