A leading organization operating across Belgium and Luxembourg is deploying the Coupa Source to Pay (S2P) solution and strengthening its IT project teams.
This assignment is part of a group-wide international transformation program, involving multiple entities and close collaboration between business teams (Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain), IT, the Coupa vendor, and a system integrator.
Objective of the Assignment
The IT Functional Lead – Source to Pay acts as the functional authority and central coordination point between business stakeholders, IT teams, the Coupa vendor, and the integrator.
Key objectives include:
* Translating business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications
* Ensuring consistent and efficient deployment of the Coupa solution
* Driving user adoption and engagement
* Supporting delivery in line with timelines, quality standards, and group guidelines
Main Responsibilities
Functional Leadership & Business Analysis
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain
* Produce detailed functional specifications
* Model and document Source to Pay processes, including:
* Procure to Pay (P2P)
* Sourcing
* Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
* Catalog management
* Invoicing
* Challenge business needs constructively to ensure optimal solutions
* Ensure alignment with core model and group standards
Coordination & Communication
* Coordinate functional activities between business teams, IT, Coupa, and the system integrator
* Act as the main functional point of contact for S2P topics
* Foster collaboration in a multi-entity, international environment
Testing & Deployment
* Support data cleansing and data quality initiatives (suppliers, items, catalogs)
* Define and track project KPIs (data quality, testing progress, deployment readiness)
* Design test scenarios and cases with key users
* Organize and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases
* Support go-live activities and provide user assistance during deployment
Change Management & Training
* Organize and deliver training sessions with local project teams
* Adapt and improve training materials
* Support key users and promote adoption of the solution

Profile Required
* Master’s degree in IT, Business, or Project Management
* Minimum 10 years of experience as a Functional Lead or Business Analyst in Source to Pay environments
* Proven track record in procurement solution deployments
* Mandatory experience with Coupa
* Ability to work autonomously in complex, fast-paced environments
Languages
* Fluent in French and English
* Dutch is a plus
