Join us in expanding our food business in Europe

Manuchar is expanding its strong distribution network with a new product line: food additives and semi-specialties for the human nutrition industry. To lead this, we're looking for a Sales Manager Human Nutrition at our HQ in Antwerp — a commercial entrepreneur ready to build this business from the ground up. This is not about inheriting a portfolio; it's about creating one.

Your role: commercial pioneer

You'll be the face of our new nutrition specialties in Europe, focusing on Benelux, France, and Germany. No existing customer base — you'll create it yourself.

* Develop and execute a focused sales strategy for our food additives and semi-specialties in Europe, focusing on the Benelux region, France, and Germany. On top of this you cross-sell our current portfolio to new accounts.
* Actively prospect and introduce innovative ingredients to new customers.
* Build long-term relationships with buyers, R&D, and technical teams.
* Monitor market trends and competitors to spot opportunities.
* Represent Manuchar at key trade fairs and events like Fi Europe.

Your profile: business builder with technical know-how

We're looking for a sales hunter, not an account manager — someone with drive, market knowledge, and a strong industry network.

* At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in food ingredients, human nutrition, or life sciences. Experience in chemical distribution is a plus.
* Commercial and technical understanding of ingredients like antioxidants, emulsifiers, sweeteners…
* Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences, Food Technology, or Business.
* Fluent in English and Dutch. Knowledge of French and/or German is a strong asset.
* Familiar with CRM/ERP systems (e.g. D365 F&O).
* You are a doer: entrepreneurial, results-driven, and not afraid to take initiative.
* You live in Belgium, preferably close to our headquarters in Antwerp.
