Requirements
* Language Skills: Fluent English is required, with Dutch or German being an asset.
* Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with IT systems and software applications, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
