Your new role
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and coordination of thepany’s property management, leasing, marketing, and administrative functions. This role ensures operational excellence, supports cross-functional project execution, and translates strategic direction from the CEO into actionable plans. The GM plays a key role in team leadership, leasing execution, and internal coordination across departments, while maintaining high service standards and strong tenant relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have over seven years of experience leading operations in the management of high-end office properties within Ontario. You have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and successfully executing projects. You demonstrate strongmunication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience managing budgets, leases, and operational systems. Your work reflects a consistentmitment to high service standards and tenant satisfaction.
