Sales Growth Specialist
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and execution of a strategic go-to-market plan.
Main Responsibilities
* Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our EV charging network in Flanders.
* Identify and engage with retail chains, hotel groups, franchisees, real estate owners, and asset managers to establish new partnerships.
* Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to solution design, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
* Develop tailored proposals that meet the unique needs of each partner.
* Collaborate closely with local and international teams to align sales strategies and ensure seamless implementation.
* Take ownership of your designated territory with significant autonomy and flexibility.
Requirements
* Proven track record in B2B business development or account management.
* Fluency in English.
* An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to build and structure an approach in a new market.
* Comfortable with prospecting and able to open doors to new opportunities.
* Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, including franchisees and owners.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
