* 3+ years of experience in IT with a focus on Oracle development.
* Proven expertise in building and maintaining applications using Oracle Forms and Oracle APEX.
* Strong technical background in PL/SQL, SQL, and data modelling within an ORDBMS environment.
* Experience in modernising legacy Oracle Forms applications by migrating them to Oracle APEX.
* Solid understanding of Oracle architecture principles, including data flow design and system integration.
* Experience in applying security best practices and UI/UX improvements to deliver user-friendly applications.
* Ability to produce clear technical documentation and perform structured technical analysis.
* Soft skills: Autonomous, structured, and quality-oriented with a pragmatic mindset and strong communication skills.
* Languages: French (fluent), English (fluent), and Dutch (intermediate).
