Role Overview
Working closely with a small HR team, you will oversee daily human resources activities for multiple entities, ensuring smooth operations and consistent employee support.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage core HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, employee requests, contracts, payroll coordination, and company car administration
* Ensure compliance with labor regulations in Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany, in collaboration with external partners
* Maintain regular communication with employees, monitor well-being, and support performance reviews, bonus follow-up, training needs, and subsidies
* Coordinate internal initiatives such as corporate events and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes
Required Profile
* Solid experience in human resources, preferably within Belgium, Luxembourg, and/or Germany
* Good knowledge of labor law in at least one of these countries; multiple-country expertise is a strong advantage
* Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a proactive and solution-driven approach
* Fluency in French and professional working proficiency in English
* High standards of confidentiality, ethics, and reliability
* Experience with HR tools such as Odoo is a plus; IT sector experience is an asset but not mandatory
