With a CFA-type profile and 5–10 years of relevant experience, the Senior Analyst brings analytical leadership to support key decisions across the Group. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liBusiness Case Development Strategic Projects /li liLead the end-to-end development of business cases for new products, industrial investments, RD projects, partnerships, and CAPEX initiatives. /li liAssess financial attractiveness through NPV, IRR, payback, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing. /li liPartner with Business Units to challenge assumptions, validate market data, and ensure alignment with Group strategy. /li liPrepare clear and concise deliverables for the Executive Committee. /li liFinancial Modelling Long-Term Planning /li liBuild robust, dynamic financial models (PL, balance sheet, cash-flow, valuation). /li liContribute to the Group’s strategic plan, long-term financial outlook, and consolidated forecasts. /li liAnalyse revenues, margins, cost structures, working capital, and capital allocation. /li liIdentify value drivers, risks, and performance levers for each business segment. /li liCorporate Finance MA Support /li liSupport screening, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning for potential acquisitions. /li liPerform DCF valuation, multiples analysis, and precedent transaction benchmarks. /li liMonitor market and competitive intelligence relevant to the Group’s activities. /li liPerformance Analysis Executive Support /li liPrepare executive-level insights for the Group CFO and CEO. /li liContribute to Board presentations, investment committees, and strategic reviews. /li liSupport ad-hoc analyses with timely, structured, and reliable insights. /li liCross-Functional Collaboration /li liWork closely with Engineering, Operations, RD, Strategy, and Business Units. /li liPromote best-practice modelling, financial discipline, and data quality across teams. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul libEducation /b ul liMaster’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or related field. /li liCFA certification (Level II or III strongly preferred). /li /ul /li libExperience /b ul li5 to 10 years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, equity research, transaction services, or corporate finance in a multinational group. /li liStrong experience in financial modelling, valuation, and business case development. /li /ul /li libTechnical Competencies /b ul liAdvanced Excel financial modelling skills. /li liStrong command of valuation and financial statement analysis. /li liUnderstanding of capital allocation, ROIC, and risk assessment. /li liExperience with BI tools and ERP systems.
