Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sensory Panel Leader based in Mouscron. The Sensory Panel Leader will manage and oversee the running of sensory panels, ensuring accurate and efficient data collection. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and managing panelists, coordinating sensory testing sessions, analyzing data, and generating reports to provide meaningful insights. The role requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Sensory Evaluation techniques, Product Testing, and Analysis methodologies
* Skills in Data Analysis, Interpretation of Results, and Report Writing
* Proficient in Team Coordination, Staff Training, and Facilitation of sensory evaluation sessions
* Effective Communication, Stakeholder Collaboration, and Presentation skills
* Proficiency in sensory software and data analysis tools is a plus
* Experience in food, beverage, or consumer goods industries is an advantage
* Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Sensory Science, or a related field preferred
* Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
