ResponsibilitiesYou will be the first point of contact for technical enquiries from customers (contractors, architects, engineering firms) and internal colleagues.You will provide tailored advice on Sika solutions (including waterproofing and roofing).You support customers with technical challenges on site and during the design phase.You work closely with sales, marketing and R&D.You prepare technical documentation and keep it up to date (PDS, specifications, recommendations, reports).You contribute to building and sharing technical knowledge within the organisation.Occasionally deliver technical training to customers and internal teams.You work with digital tools and AI support (such as Microsoft Copilot) to prepare analyses, documentation and recommendations more efficiently.
