Job Description
Business Development Specialist
The
Business Development Specialist
role is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and enrolling new automotive workshops into our network. This position requires a proactive approach to business development, focusing on increasing points of sale (POS), leveraging market data, and promoting benefit packages and advantages to potential partners.
Planning
Key Responsibilities:
* Select and analyse prospects for planning and eligibility.
* Assess credit risks of new workshops and share findings with parts distributors.
* Generate a list of target outlets.
* Perform personal performance analysis and improvement.
Connect
* Initiate contact through calls, emails, and visits etc.
* Present the network's benefits and advantages.
* Follow up with prospects and track progress.
Enroll
* Manage contract and legal documentation.
* Handle administrative tasks related to onboarding.
* Coordinate with the Business Success Specialist for seamless onboarding.
* Ensure adherence to corporate identity standards.
Closing & Handover
* Conduct experience surveys to gather feedback and improve processes.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
* Strong analytical skills for prospect selection and performance analysis.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage administrative tasks and legal documentation.
* Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on achieving targets.
* Ability to engage and influence others
* Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
* Strong skills in the digital field, and comfortable adapting to new technologies
* Independent and with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the parts trade
* Dutch language native speaker
