Your new role As the AI Project Lead / AI Program Lead, you take ownership of the end‑to‑end orchestration of the AI strategy, bridging business, IT, data, and risk. Your work spans strategy, delivery, governance, and change – with direct impact on how AI becomes structurally embedded throughout the company. Your key responsibilities include: Translating the AI strategy into a multiyear roadmap with clear priorities, dependencies, and milestones. Safeguarding alignment across key AI domains: use cases, governance, technology, operating model, people & change. Leading the full delivery lifecycle of AI use cases: idea → design → build → production → adoption. Aligning business priorities with delivery capacity and technical feasibility. Enabling collaboration between Product Owners, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, IT, and risk/compliance. Creating and maintaining project and program management plans (scope, budget, planning, quality, risks). Coordinating multiple parallel initiatives and managing resource dependencies. Managing and steering external partners and integration vendors. Preparing and leading steering committees, reporting directly to senior leadership. Acting as the central SPOC for the AI strategy and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Driving change, adoption, and AI capability development across the organization. Contract details: Start date: ASAP Duration: 12 months, extendable Work model: Hybrid (min. 2 days onsite per week) Equipment: Own device required Your profile You are an experienced strategic project or program leader with a strong track record in digital transformation and AI‑driven initiatives. You excel in structured delivery and in managing senior‑level stakeholders within complex environments. Required experience: 5–8 years of project/program management in large or complex organizations. Proven experience with major transformation programs. Strong affinity with AI, data, and technology. Experience in regulated sectors (e.g., finance, insurance) is a strong plus. Excellent stakeholder and governance management skills.
