As Sales & Account Coordinator at Le Rub, you are the operational and commercial backbone of our sales process. You ensure that every order is handled flawlessly, every retail partner is well supported, and every agency and distributor relationship runs smoothly.
You are comfortable both in a spreadsheet and in a sales conversation. You will work closely with the founders and our operations team.
Coordinate order logistics and shipping for retail and distribution accounts
– Configure products in key account systems and retailer portals
– Manage product master data sheets and ensure accuracy across all platforms
– Liaise with our operations team and external logistics partners
Account & Relationship Management
– Serve as the primary point of contact for retailers, sales reps, sales agencies, and distributors
– Build strong, lasting relationships with key accounts
– Support and participate in outbound sales conversations when needed
Assist in the coordination of trade marketing materials and retailer assets
– Support campaign coordination and ensure retail partners have the right tools to represent the brand
– Help maintain brand consistency across all partner-facing materials
2–4 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or sales support, ideally in beauty or consumer goods
– A strong sales background: you have worked in a commercial role before and understand how to close a deal and retain business
– Proficient in Excel; comfortable managing and maintaining structured data
– Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
– Fluent in English (primary working language)
– A polished and professional communicator who represents Le Rub with confidence and strong brand awareness
