To support the growth of our Veneer Products business, we are looking for a Product Strategy & Innovation Lead who enjoys solving complex problems and turning insights into impactful product decisions.
This role sits at the intersection of Product engineering, Market strategy and Business leadership.
Your mission
You help shape the future of our veneer product portfolio by connecting market opportunities, technical possibilities and operational capabilities.
You lead cross-functional initiatives that translate ideas and insights into scalable products and strategic improvements.
What you will work on
• Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitive dynamics
• Translate insights into product strategy, roadmap priorities and business cases
• Lead innovation and improvement projects from idea to industrial implementation
• Collaborate closely with R&D, wood purchasing, operations, sales and marketing
• Drive strategic initiatives such as digital product management, master data and pricing models
• Facilitate alignment between teams and stakeholders across the organization
• Help strengthen how we manage and develop our product portfolio
