Role Overview
We are looking for a technical and legal expert in inheritance law to act as first‑line support and to guide the team toward quality and compliance. Responsibilities include providing technical advice, training, operational support and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical advice on inheritance filings.
* Track and share updates on succession law.
* Review and validate inheritance filings, ER certificates, and draft wills.
* Organise training sessions (Legacio Academy, Legal Meetings).
* Coach and guide attorneys through regular 1‑on‑1s.
* Contribute to evaluations and growth pathways of team members.
* Triage and resolve legal helpdesk tickets.
* Support the team leader in organization and quality follow‑up.
* Improve internal processes and ensure correct application.
* Develop own legal expertise through training and knowledge resources.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of legal experience, preferably in succession and/or family law.
* Experience with client interaction and analytical skills.
* Fluent Dutch (spoken and written); good French is a plus.
* Experience leading, coaching and motivating a team.
* Excellent communication, empathy, listening skills.
* Structured, documents everything.
* Affinity for new technologies and a willingness to learn new tools.
