Sales and Business Development Leader
This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive sales growth and expand our client base. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and executing a replicable and scalable commercial strategy, building strong relationships with clients, and guiding them through complex CRM transformations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in selling IT, CRM or strategy services in digital transformations, with a deep knowledge of the CRM ecosystem and proven strategic thinking around CRM implementations. They will also have a track record of prospecting, converting, and growing client accounts, as well as managing and overseeing complex digital transformation projects.
As a leader, you will be able to mentor, develop, and manage high-performing teams, with a strong commercial drive and a successful track record in outbound business development and sales within a consulting environment. You will also have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate customer environments, manage stakeholders, and solve complex problems.
In addition, you will have experience in managing P&L and contributing to strategic growth, with a proactive, result-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset. Fluency in English is required, with Dutch and/or French being an asset.
